Fancy Dinner and Silent Auction!
Get your tickets now and join us on Saturday, January 30, at 6:00 pm, for a nice, sit-down, catered dinner, in South Fellowship Hall. The Silent Auction bidding starts on Sunday, Jan. 24 and ends at the dinner on January 30. Auction items will range from OSU tickets to vacation housing around the U.S. to bathroom remodels. Donations are welcome!! Cost is $20 per person, $10 for kids 10- and-under, and kids 3-and-under are free. Contact mary@worthingtonumc.org for tickets. Join us!

The Sunday Morning Schedule Team will be holding a series of meetings in the next few weeks to gather suggestions and information from the congregation. Please note the following meeting dates and times:

January 17th at 9:15 am
January 24th at 11:15 am

We hope that this will give our members a convenient choice of times to be involved in giving us your thoughts and ideas on our Sunday morning schedule.

Join the Open Door Adult Sunday School Class, January 10 through February 14, at 10:10 am in Browning Lounge, as we discuss the meaning, background, and heritage of the sacrament of Holy Communion, and deepen our understanding of this covenant with Jesus.

This Week's Committee Meetings and Happenings:

Tonight at 7:00 the Elizabeth Circle and CPC Board meet, and at 7:30 pm the SPRC meets.
On Tuesday, January 12, Finance Committee meets at 6:30 pm, New Beginnings meet at 7:00 pm. Devotions are at 7:15 pm, followed by Hospitality Committee and Outreach Committee meetings at 7:30 pm.
On Wednesday, January 13, CPC Personnel Committee meets at 7:15 pm, and our monthly Taizé Service begins at 7:30 pm. On Thursday, January 14, Martha “Crafting” Circle meets at 7:00 pm.
On Saturday, January 16, Library Work Day is at 10:00 am, and Marriage Celebration meets at 6:30 pm at the home of Paul & Vivian George.
