Eligibility for Food
A First Link referral is necessary to receive Pantry services. Call First Link at 614-341-2282 to make a reservation prior to each pantry visit. Clients will be interviewed each visit to determine eligibility for food. Clients must live in the Worthington School District and reside in zip codes 43085, 43235, 43229, or 43081. Households must have an income equal to or less than 200% of the federal poverty level guidelines. Each household will receive 3 days worth of food once per month.
Proof Needed
All clients are expected to provide their interviewer with a photo ID each time they visit the pantry. Failure may result in denial of food. New clients must provide IDs for every member of their household. For adults photo IDs (DL or state) are expected. For children, birth certificates, SS cards or school IDs are accepted. Proof of current address is also needed such as a lease agreement, or utility bills delivered by the US Post Office. Clients already registered with the Pantry are expected to provide a photo ID and proof of address with every visit.
