Men's Breakfast Group

The small group known as the "Men's Breakfast" was borne out of fellowship during a Men's Retreat at the Church some years ago. We decided to continue our momentum with monthly meetings to share coffee and sometimes breakfast and to discuss what was of concern to us at the time.

Since them we have engaged in various projects, including a day at Habitat for Humanity and building the manger scene that graces our lawn during the Christmas season. We have also sponsored a "Men's Day Apart" event at Hocking Hills State Park.

Recently, We have shared some very challenging and timely subjects, such as the nature of the cosmos, how to know God and Science vs Religion. We had a lengthy series of discussions on the religious practices of various faiths.

It is my hope that we can find a formula that will attract more of the men of the church to fellowship together and sponsor more projects and retreats in the future. For more information contact Mark Rodgers or John Valasco.
