Adult Work Camp: Adult work campers will continue the work of rebuilding the community of Bayou LaBatre, Alabama, which was heavily damaged by Hurricane Katrina. New Life UMC Clothing Room: Join us in sorting donated clothing for the homeless each Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:00-11:30 AM, at New Life UMC, 25 W. 5th Ave., Columbus. Contact Tricia Allenby, at 846-6376 or

Operation Sandwich: Help feed the homeless each week by preparing simple, individually-wrapped sandwiches at home and bringing them to church each Sunday. Place them in Dixon Lounge kitchenette refrigerator, or take overflow to the main Kitchen.
Riverside Sewing Guild: First Wednesday each month, at 9:30 am, at Riverside Hospital, to sew items for hospital patients. Needleworkers may also sew or knit needed items at home. Contact Barbara Ball, at 888-4639 or
